New Beans at Roasters: Colombia Coconut & Colombia Wush Wush

Roasters Specialty Coffee House introduces two exceptional Colombian coffees that could not be more different in character, yet equally unforgettable: Colombia Coconut and Colombia Wush Wush. Both showcase the richness and diversity of Colombia’s coffee lands, while offering guests at Roasters two new journeys in flavor.

Colombia Coconut – Smooth, Sweet, Comforting
Colombia Coconut is coffee at its most comforting. Grown in the country’s fertile high-altitude farms, it reflects the balance and sweetness that make Colombian coffees world-famous.
In the cup, this coffee reveals gentle notes of coconut and caramel. The coconut note brings a soft, tropical roundness, while the caramel adds golden richness with a creamy finish. Together, they create a cup that feels smooth, indulgent, and familiar, yet with a tropical twist that makes it stand out.
Colombia Coconut is a coffee for slow mornings, cozy afternoons, and those who love sweetness in their cup without losing balance and clarity.
Colombia Wush Wush – Rare and Remarkable
If Coconut is about comfort, Wush Wush is about discovery. This rare varietal is cultivated in the Monteverde region, Colombia, an area known for its unique microclimates and volcanic soil. Produced only in very small volumes, Wush Wush is one of the most sought-after coffees in the specialty world.
In flavor, it is anything but ordinary. Expect notes of blackcurrant, clove, and red fruits, wrapped in a rich, wine-like body. The profile shifts as the coffee cools — first juicy and bright, then spiced and complex, with layers that continue to unfold in surprising ways.
Colombia Wush Wush is a coffee that asks for time and attention. It rewards the curious drinker with an experience closer to fine wine than everyday coffee.

Colombia – A Coffee Powerhouse
Colombia has earned its place as one of the greatest coffee origins on earth. Its dramatic mountain landscapes, diverse climates, and deep farming traditions allow it to produce coffees of extraordinary range. From approachable, sweet profiles like Colombia Coconut, to the bold, complex rarity of Colombia Wush Wush, the country proves again and again why it is considered the heartland of specialty coffee.
